How do I place an order on Shami Store?

Simply browse our catalog, select your items, and add them to your cart. Click checkout, fill in your delivery name, address, and phone number, and submit! We will make a quick confirmation call before shipping.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order details. Note that once an order has been picked up by the courier (usually by 3:30 PM daily), it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Do you deliver to all locations in Pakistan?

Yes, we ship nationwide to all cities, towns, and regions in Pakistan. We use TCS, Leopards, and Trax logistics to ensure safe delivery.

What are your delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of Rs. 190 on standard orders under Rs. 3,000. All orders over Rs. 3,000 receive free shipping automatically.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders inside Lahore arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and other major cities take 2 to 3 working days. Remote areas take 3 to 5 working days.

What is your return and replacement policy?

We offer a 7-day checking warranty. If you receive a physically damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or refund you. Photo/video evidence is required.

How do I initiate a product return?

Message our support team on WhatsApp. Share your order invoice number and a brief video/photo showing the defect. Once approved, you can ship the item back to our Lahore warehouse.

What payment methods do you support?

Nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) is our standard payment option. If you prefer to prepay, we also support bank transfers and mobile wallets (EasyPaisa and JazzCash).

Is prepayment secure?

Yes! We use direct bank-to-bank transfers and official mobile wallet interfaces. All transaction receipts are verified manually to ensure processing security.

Are the products on Shami Store genuine?

Yes, 100%. We source gadgets directly from verified manufacturers. We physically review, test, and shoot original studio photography for all items in our Lahore facility.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a 7-day checking warranty. If any defects occur within 7 days of delivery, we will replace the item free of cost.
