Quick Return Summary
Eligible for Returns
- ✓**Damaged Items**: Product was physically broken/damaged in transit.
- ✓**Wrong Product**: Item delivered was different from what you ordered.
- ✓**Defective Products**: Items that do not turn on or fail to perform core functions.
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕**Used Products**: Items showing visible wear or usage details.
- ✕**Missing Items**: Original boxes, cables, user guides, or bags must be returned.
- ✕**Change of Mind**: We do not support returns/exchanges for simple change of mind.
Return Process & Timeline
Request
Contact support via WhatsApp/Email with photos of the issue.
Approval
Our team reviews the issue and approves the request within 24h.
Ship Back
Ship the item back to our Lahore warehouse via any courier.
Inspection
We inspect the item to verify its packaging and condition.
Refund/Swap
Get your refund or replacement product dispatched in 3–5 days.
Refund Method & Processing
Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality inspection, we will trigger your refund. Refunds are sent directly via **Bank Transfer** (any Pakistani bank), **EasyPaisa**, or **JazzCash**. The refund process takes **3 to 5 working days** to clear.
