Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Whether you reside in major metropolitan cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) or smaller towns, our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax) will deliver to your doorstep.
Delivery Timelines
* **Lahore**: 1 to 2 working days. * **Karachi & Islamabad**: 2 to 3 working days. * **Other Cities & Remote Areas**: 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat standard rate of **Rs. 190** on all shipments under Rs. 3,000. All orders over **Rs. 3,000** enjoy free shipping.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) are processed and dispatched on the same day. All orders require phone call confirmation before dispatch to reduce delivery failure rates.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
To keep shopping stress-free, COD is available for all destinations. Please verify the amount printed on your invoice before making payment to the delivery rider.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS from our logistics partners. Use this link to monitor the real-time shipping progress.
Potential Delivery Delays
During official holidays, weather anomalies, or courier peak seasons (like Eid, Black Friday), deliveries might require an extra 1–2 days. We will reach out if your order experiences significant delays.
